No sense of customer care or service...AVOID

Once finished, our driveway was a completely different colour to that of the sample we were shown in the show room. The pavement was left stained with white 'spill' marks that cannot be washed off. The tarmacing used to fill in the gap between the drive and pavement was of poor quality and is crumbling away leaving a wide gap. I have left SIX voicemail messages with Richard, the manager, with no replies whatsover. Finally, a time was agreed for someone to come and rectify the problems........only for them to NOT show up! This company has no understanding of basic customer service and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COST.
