I agree with the two review's above, do as they say stay the hell away from this shop, the large man that own's it is like a sergeant major he talk's to you in a aggressive maner, that man need's to go on a course to learn how to talk to customers. i bought a scooter off him and when it broke down he charged me well over, as i was told by another disabled company, con man is the right word for him. a shop owner should know how to speak to disabled people. if you are looking for a scooter stay the hell away from this shop, try miller care or first choice mobility.

Do not buy anthing from this shop. My wife has MS which the two men knew about when i went to buy a scooter from them. The scooter was fine at first it was a new machine so they told me.my wife had only had it for three months and it broke down, so they said they would send some one round to fix which they did do, the man was ment to be our at our house for 9am he did'nt turn up till 9.45am and we where ment to be the first customer's of the morning, so that was'nt a good start the man turning up that late, after a hour of him looking at it he told us it was the battery's it took him a hour to work out what was wrong with it. they replaced the battery's so we where back to where we started from, the man just did'nt have a clue what he was doing, so he took it back to the shop, so me wife was left with out a scooter for two week's. When they brought the scooter back i noticed that they had scratched it, the scooter only lasted for another two week's untill it broke down again. so i had to buy a new scooter for my wife but this time i stayed well away from MILLIN DC TECH, i went to first choice mobility which are a much bigger and better company, the man that own's it is really nice not like that grumpy bugger from millin dc tech. We have had the scooter for 3 years now and so far no problems. if you are needing a scooter go to first choice mobility they are great, not like the con men on the markert, They are quite cheap as well if you get a quote from anywhere first chice will match it.

never ever buy from this shop it is run by cow boys, they have'nt got a clue what they are doing. i bought a scooter off them which i was told it was new, to cut a long story short i later found out from another disabled shop that the scooter use to belong to that shop so they will sell you scooter's that are second hand, telling you to your face that they are new. a disabled shop is ment to be there to help disabled people not to take the mic out of us. never part with your money to them two cow boys, the fat one in the shop i think he own's the shoe box of a shop, and the thin one is his nodding dog that is what he was acting like he just did a nod to every thing the fat man said. stay well away from millin dc tech they will rob you of your monety trust me.
