We actually purchased our mattress from their website, the reason I have linked it to this store is there head office is in Warrington. The mattress itself is fine...well we've had no problems so far. But the customer service we received from their online shop was awful. We placed our order and was contacted shortly with a provisional delivery date which was over 5 weeks after it had stated on their website. We contacted them to see if this could be moved early, which it could on return of our paperwork to them. We completed nd returned our paperwork the day after we receieved it and were satisfied to have arranged a delivery date according to their delivery days in our area. 3 days before our mattress was due to be delivered we received an email (not even a phonecall) to say that they couldn't deliver due to delivery days being changed. So we would have to wait, after the inconvience of already arranging time off work and at such short notice we decided the only thing we could do was to cancel. We were then informed that a 3rd party would deliver it, which satisfied our needs but only after kicking up a fuss. We were then suppose to receieve a text/call to confirm the estimated time it would be delivered. This never came either, althought the product did turn up, I felt we had unneccesary complaining to do to get what they had already agreed to. We still haven't received paper copies of the care guides and T&Cs that were offered and we requested over 6 weeks ago! Not a good experience, we would certainly not recommend this to our friends or use their service again.
