Need customers service skills

Venture Marbles lack in customer service and communication skills. They have still failed to recompence me for faulty goods. I paid in cash and they will not pay me back. so be aware when dealing with them I have learned the hard way. £822.00

Beware when dealing with Venture Marbles

I,ve had the misfortune in dealing with Venture Marbles. They supplied a fire surround which was fitted. Only then was the colour noted to be two shades different in the hearth and back panel. Eventually a replacement was agreed on and that ended up faulty too, so I rejected it and asked for my money back as I was not satisfied with the quality. But I still have not received any money back and this has gone on from 29th March. 2010. My error was paying cash up front. I was honest enough to do this but they do not give the same respect to customers. They have no communication or customer service skills.
