Dont expect a call back if you are short changed!!

These machines have reliability issues as I have found out by loosing �£3in a picture machine. Don't expect any help from any staff where these machins are situated as they have nothing to do with them, the staff only tell you to phone the number on the machine ( the first being a TOLL FREE number the the states ) which no one ever pict up the phone. Try to leave a message and again dont expect a call back. It would seem the only way to get hold of them is to write a letter or drive to Warrington where they are situated or take them to court. Really there customer service is terrible. The dont care about giving a good product or service, just taking mney from you. If yu use one of thre machines, do so at your own rick.
