• Am I missing something here?

  I'm quite shocked to have found so many negative comments about itscoldoutside, especially seeing them put in the same basket with FirstFound. Having been ripped off by FirstFound years ago I was very wary when approached by itscoldoutside a couple of years ago, but after lots of careful questioning I decided to give them a try. I have been really pleased with what itscoldoutside have done for my website. Gradually my website's ranking on all the keywords they manage for me has moved from page 8 or more up to page 1, and some of these key words get us near, or to the top of the page. Our sales have also increased steadily. Since recently adding more keywords for products I was finding it hard to shift, sales of those products has skyrocketed. As someone who has been scammed by another company who just took my money and did nothing to improve my website's ranking, with itscoldoutside I feel I have gotten my money's worth. They are getting such a bashing in so many forums, I just felt I had to share my positive experience to help redress the balance.

• Its Cold Outside - Abysmal Company

  I pity the staff at the utterly inept and incompetent band of muggers that are 'Its Cold Outside' as it must be soul destroying to have to actually get out of bed every day and drag yourself off to work for a company that probably despises and abuses its staff as much as it ruthlessly and viley dupes its victims into handing over hard cash for an absolutely dog-sh*t service. • I would definitely not recommend them!

  I was cold called by its cold outside and I have spent over 600 hundred pounds over 6 months for backlinks for 3 key words. My google ranking has disappeared completely and now I only have one back link reported. They cannot explain why this has happened. The quality of the back links is very suspect, the same write ups are just repeated on each site. The only thing thay seem to be good at is high pressure marketing of their services. They did not reply to my emails and it was never clear what they actually did with the money I spent each month. As far as I am concerned they are rogue traders.

I have paid 3 months money for nothing, if you want to get to the top of google it takes hard work not quick links DONT USE

• AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  I spent hundreds of pounds backlinking my site to google . . . result . . not even in the top 100 but on the phone it was like yea . . . top 10 easily no worries! what a load of CRAP!! AVOID!!

• Itscoldoutside

  We have been dealing with Itscoldoutside for over a year now and can confirm a very professional approach by all departments. Previously we spent thousands on paper advertising and now have the confidence to move forward with Itscoldoutside. They have rebuilt my webpage and very pleased with it to - the designers always gave valid advise and added the content where required. The change over from my previous web hosts was up and running without fuss. The ‘Pay to click’ set up was equally very good with a report at the end of every month showing the number of clicks to our website and the average position in Google. This is invaluable information and can be discussed with the team – we have changed areas and ‘ad-words’ frequently after discussions with the team. We now have a regular flow of enquiries from the having a good position in Google and orders to follow. Overall it is the ‘comfort factor’ we enjoy and that they are part of a very important team.

  TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL COULD NOT GET DIRECT DEBIT RIGHT, SPOKE WITH SO MANY PEOPLE WHEN THEY WERE TOUTTING MY BUSINESS THEN NO CONTACT AFTER MONEY TAKEN. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES AND STATEMENTS.
