  After attending a seminar on the importance of contact management we contacted Ceetec Solutions. The response from Ceetec was very quick and the service offered was tailored to suit our needs. Chris Slater quoted us a fixed price for training at our premises and after 4 half days we were all able to get the best out of the ACT contact management system that was purchased from Ceetec. Since the original purchase we have consulted Chris on various issues relating to the siftware and he has always responded positively. We highly recommend Ceetec to anyone wanting support for Sage products.

  I run a small business and when I need help I like to use other small groups. However I also need reliability and quality. Chris Slater has worked on projects for me several times over the last few years and has always been reliable, flexible and very competant. In particular Chris has customised the service he has given specifically to my needs.

• An excellent business partner

  As an IT solution provider we are always looking for credible software partners to recommend to our client base. CRM and Accountancy software is always a hot topic and we have been incredibly fortunate to partner with Ceetec. It is very important to us to feel confident, when we recommend a software partner, that our clients will receive the same level of service and support that they have come to expect from ourselves. Ceetec certainly manage to deliver this consistantly and therefore we have no hesitation in recommending Ceetec to our client base.

  We use Act to manage our database of clients both as a sales tool and also a case management system to ensure the smooth progression from application to completion. I started with one license and currently have 5 installed as well as a home based worker who is fully integrated to the office. Chris has managed all this on my behalf and worked with our IT department He has tailored the system to our requirements which has enabled us to offer an excellent service to our clients. This has been invaluable in the growth and success of my business

• Managment accounts - ASG Services Ltd

  We use Sage for most sales reports and also job and project costing and some management. We use ACT for all our sales contact and have used Chris to help us develop and deliver a full project management solution for our production and project management work. As a Managing Director of a growing international buisness we couldn't function without the visibility Sage and ACT give the managment of the company. • Handling web enquiries using Act!

  Silkmoth make more money now we've got our Act! together. It's trite but it's true. Having a good system to keep track of the many enquiries we get from our website is vital. Chris Slater from Ceetec helped us upgrade from an old version of Maximiser to Act! and provided training and an excellent level of ongoing support.
