    After Disability Equipment Services fitted a battery dated 2001 on my father's disabled scooter, they left him with no transport for days when it broke down. We were away on holiday and unable to resolve the problem ourselves! They then refused to fully refund him, when we arranged to purchase two new batteries from elsewhere. All this and we paid for the privilege of personal service. We still await a full refund or the return of our cheque.
