    I have dealt with this company for 20 Years and never had a problem with service or quality although they can be dearer on some things they can also be a lot cheaper on most products which they aim mainly at tradesmen and it is the only company you can go to to buy large quantities of fire glass or safety glass of the shelf without going to Liverpool or Manchester

  • 1 Worst customer service I have EVER experienced

    I called and placed a order with this firm, they told me the item would be ready in 5 working days. I called them after this time and they said they'd get back to me to let me know if it was ready..... that was 3 weeks ago! I have telephoned them 13 times since and each time I have been told they'll call me back.
