  I trained with Paul Birchall in the late 70s in Walters gym and iam glad to see Walter still training and competing at such a young age keep it up Walter your a credit to the sport and wot it stands for.

  If hardcore iron is what you seek then look no further than O'Malleys gym. This oldschool power house will have you massive in no time run by one of the best and the coolest bodybuilders ever Walter O'Malley. This is one gym not to be missed!
