  I have used Will to service my computersfor the past few years now and he always arrives with a smile on his face and is forever helpful, I would highly reccomend him to anyone, I have had other companies in the past mess me about but CTA Systems (Will) really is the one to choose.

  After losing all my data on my desktop computer, when my laptop became infected with malware, I did everything I could to recover the data and my laptop but with no success. I contacted Will with some hesitation due to not usually wanting to pay for such services and was pleasantly surprised at the advice he gave. He came out the same day and the problem was fixed in no time. All my data recovered and computer fully restored back to a good working condition, completely virus free. He also gave some really good practical advice and information on how to prevent such problems in the future. Really nice fella too, thanks Will you truly are a star mate. Compared to other company's Will is honest straight away regarding price, sticks to his initial estimate, and compared to others is cheaper. Oh, He also completely valeted the computer is well so now it sparkling.

  Found in Thomson Local at a point when my old laptop crashed more often than it worked. Will managed to remotely access my machine and get it working much better, until such time as he could source me a new laptop. (All without charge) This has now been delivered with a smile and patience born of sainthood as it took over an hour to copy my documents etc to the usb card in order to put on my new computer. Brilliant!

  I have used CTA systems when my computers have died, I have had problems with networks, getting hardrives partitioned and sorting out performance / virus issues. I cannot recommend CTA systems highly enough. I work in IT and I know the real deal when i see it. Excellent customer services and fast turnaround times.

  My computer ran so slow it could be said a letter would have been quicker than my emails and as for the web forget it life is to short to wait that long. One visit from CTA and the fault was diagnosed within a few minutes, the part required was fitted the next day and what a difference I am flying, CTA saved me the expence of a new computer. Thank you guys at CTA I can now say I am back surfing the net with speed.

  I was lucky enough to have this company recommended to me by another computer engineer who couldn't help me. CTA have now been my computers friends for over 3 years. An excellent maintenance contract has served me well. As mentioned before the personnel are passionate about not only doing their best for you but also passing on money saving tips - has saved me over £400.- this year in just one phone conversation. My computer is healthy, bug and virus free plus running at premium speed! Thanks guys, you know who this is!

  My Lucky Day. Two years ago I purchased a new replacement computer from a large retailer,this turned out to be the luckiest day of my life. The reason? because the company who came out to install and set up the new purchase was CTA SYSTEMS. From day one it was a pleasure to have service,civility and sheer professionalism enter my home. In the ensuing two years since I have had the computer I have had numerous frustrating and time consuming (to me) problems. These problems were quickly and immediately overcome by CTA, every problem was instantly solved with a smile and courtesy that is difficult to come by in this modern world. My computing life has become so much more pleasant,since I was introduced to this superb company and now I have someone to turn to, when suicide seems the only way out. I was badly stuck due to my computer being struck by the ugly Koobface virus.....I contacted CTA systems through telephone and was given excellent free advice and help over the phone. So a huge thank you to them for helping me out.   I used CTA Systems to help me setup my wireless network and help with my antivirus, I didnt know that my router had to be secured etc, Will helped with setting it all up and put virus software on 2 of my computers, I would reccomend them to anyone, they are so helpful and really do care about what they are doing, I will be passing their details to evryone I know/
