Avoid
I used these for a full survey of a property I was going to purchase. The surveyor did not even move curtains to find patches of damp behind them, which we discovered on moving in. Also failed to notice a totally failed and leaking flat roof. Don't use them. I had to shell out £4k on things they failed to spot.
