North West Pilates Centre is a fully equipped Mat and Reformer boutique studio that provides STOTT Pilates, Yoga and Sports massage to clients throughout the North West. Group mat classes utilize rings, Swiss balls, Foam rollers and Arc barrels.Group Reformer classes are taught on the latest reformer machines the V2 Max. Their moto is "Superior Trainng Dynamic Success'. All new clients are given a complimentary consultation consisting of a postural analysis and a brief medical.
