  • 10 Just What The Town Needed

I've been shopping at warrington pets since day one and its just gotten better and better since opening the new shop, All animals are clean well cared for and feeding, all staff are polite and extremely helpful. I have done business with Lee on many occasions and have NEVER been let down his knowledge of his stock is unsurpassed, he will always take the time to explain any worries ppl might have about their chosen pet and always know what he is talking about (Unlike Other Pet Shops In The Town Which Shall Remain Nameless - you know who you are). All round top class shop and aftercare. Cheers Bud.

  • 10 best exotics shop in the north west

I have kept reptiles and amphibians for 14 years and worked in pet shops, I have visited several garden centres and exotic pet shops over the years and I can honestly say warrington pets and exotics is the the best by far BECAUSE-they have the widest variety of exotic pets I have ever seen, the animals are all healthy and living in clean vivs, with information and care sheets for each animal, the wide variety of live foods and equipment and even original reptile art availible, the staff are extremely knowledgible and happy to help. I buy all my reptiles food and equipment from there and the prices are very good and I highly recomend this shop for any reptile enthusiast. I wouldn't waste time going anywhere else .

  • 10 Best exotics shop been too

Been keeping exotics for fifteen years and also worked in a pet shop myself for a number of years must say Warrington pets and exotics is one of the best pet shops i have been to. Great choice of reptiles all kept in top condition, staff are great nothing is too much bother. Bought quite alot from there from livestock, food and furnishings and never had a problem would recommend Warrington pets and exotics to any one from a beginner to the more experienced reptile keeper. Excellent.

  • 2 Arrogant and Rude

I walked into the Warrington Market shop, being experienced in keeping and breeding reptiles, expecting good living conditions and a decent of knowledge. I saw a male chameleon with sunken eyes lying lifeless on a single fake vine, a water dragon scrunched in one corner, covered in crickets looking rather sorry for itself and a bearded dragon in a small vivarium with 6 or 7 locusts on its face, being irritated and annoyed from overfeeding. I also noted that my cousin bred the baby bearded dragons inside one of the vivs. The woman turned to me with a rather disgusted face and muttered 'Oh, do you want a gold star?' under her breath as she walked away. Terrible.

  • 2 Would prefer to do business with one of his lizards!!!

After visiting this store and spending over £70 we were not automatically given a receipt, when asking for one we were told we couldnt have oneand that we should have said straight away, than asked us why we wanted one and started arguing with me about the issue. In essence the proprieter of the shop was rude, arrogant and i left the shop with my dignity intact (just) and absolutely seething!! We have been very good customers in the past also using the stall in warrington market...never again...it may be a little more expensive in pets at home but at least they know how to treat their customers!!!...take note i didnt award them even 1/2 a star it was lowest they accept...
