This is my very first blog after launching the business recently.    Speaking to many people and small businesses I decided that the skills required to help small and medium businesses through these troubled times was to give them some help from the vast experience I have in marketing, retail, training, finance etc.

There is a phase I use a lot "Do what you have always done, ter what you always go"

What about "the impossible is often the untried"

Yes they are business speak but they do sum up what is what I feel.  Many small and medium businesses have been left to rot by the government and also with little resoources how are they to grow or just survive.   There is a major need for the business consultancy comapnies to get real with their costs and also to real with their advice.
