What a fabulous customer experience from start to finish. Alastair was so responsive, explained everything and just got stuck in. His skill and professional expertise are truly without doubt. Superb job on renovating my original but sadly, badly damaged, Victorian tiled hallway. Cleaned and tidied up meticulously, too. Superb
Excellent craftsman and first class tradesman with regard to communication, punctuality and industriousness. Alastair is most definitely a tile doctor, he brings new life back to old, dirty and damaged Victorian floor tiles. Quarry tiles needed help
My quarry tiles had been ruined by a thoughtless plasterer who hadn't covered them up. I'd spent many hours fruitlessly trying to clean them in three rooms. Alastair and his son did a fantastic job of restoring them to their former glory in just a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Brilliant, couldn’t have asked for better!! I’ve had an ongoing nightmare with my tiles for almost 2 years!!Finally they are looking perfect!!Arrived on time, worked hard and most importantly put up with my fussiness lol

Restoring tiles
We are absolutely thrilled with the work carried out. Our hall way has thoroughly been restored to an excellent standard. Alistair and Andy worked so hard, they genuinely did not stop. They take so much pride in their work and it shows. All cracked or missing tiles were replaced to match the original pattern as well as creating a design in the doorways. We love our floor now thank you so much for all of your hard work. It is greatly appreciated. Hopefully we find more and will see you again soon. Thank you. Amie, Chris, Edith and Nessa x

Renovate old grout and sealant

Amazing service
Less than 24 hours after contacting Tile Doctor the problem with my terracotta tiles was diagnosed and treated at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this contractor more highly.

Renovation of tiles
Fantastic job cleaning and sealing the quarry tiles in my kitchen. They also dug out the damaged hearth and replaced it with reclaimed tiles. Efficient, clean and high standard of work.

Fantastic!
I'd spent months cleaning up my tile floor, but couldn't lift them any more. Tile Doctor were able to lift and seal the tiles so my floor is now fully finished!
